Little shop of clutter

This is how it starts. Handshaped, stringerless, and lightweight EPS cores are covered with handmilled timber (not veneer). The foam gives the board shape and the wood provides the strength. Simple, lightweight, and really strong. It’s commonly known as composite sandwich or ‘compsand’ construction and it has been around for many years, proven in all kinds of conditions.
